A different aspect ratio needs a new render. The studio shows the cost for confirmation before you continue. Your credits stay with your SitePromoVideo account.
Before you choose
Can I try a motion video before paying?
When the studio opens, sign in with Google for 10 welcome credits to create one script, plus one free 5-second watermarked preview at 720p. You do not need a card. The sample studio is available now and uses a prerecorded example, not a new generation.
What does my credit allowance cover?
Credits cover scripts, conversation edits, extra previews and finished MP4 renders. For example, a script and a full render use at least 110 credits; extra paid edits and previews use more. Templates do not give unlimited free renders.
What happens to unused credits?
Each paid billing month has its own allowance. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of that period; they do not carry into a later month. A successful renewal starts your next allowance.
How do I stop renewal?
Open Manage subscription to cancel renewal through Stripe. You keep the paid access for the remainder of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge. Contact support if there is a billing problem.
What kind of videos can I make?
The studio creates code-driven motion videos: animated text, shapes, charts and designed layouts, rendered to MP4. It is not a camera-footage or photorealistic video model. Describe the scene or begin with a template, then review the script and preview.
