Information you give us

• Your email address.
• The video category you pick.
• The idea you describe, if you write one.
• When you use the studio: your project description or public page link, image links, template choice, script, editing requests and generated videos. Job status and credit records let you resume work and track successful or failed actions.

Information collected automatically

• Page visits and actions such as form submission and generation progress, counted with Plausible, which we host ourselves. Analytics events do not include your idea, submitted URL, script or email.
• Your browser type and the page you sent the form from, stored with your entry.
• Your IP address, briefly, to stop the form from being flooded.

Signing in with Google

Real generation uses Google sign-in. Google gives us an account identifier, verified email address and, when available, your name and profile image. These details identify your SitePromoVideo account, display your profile and help with support. They are not added to our video prompts.

We request only openid, email and profile. We do not receive your Google password or ask to read Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendars. You can revoke access from your Google Account. Revoking access does not automatically delete projects already stored with us; contact us to request deletion.

How we use it

To contact early-access subscribers, sign you in, keep projects with the correct account, create the videos you request, manage credits and keep the service secure. We don't sell your information or use it for ads.

Services involved

Our own server and database store the list. Cloudflare delivers this website. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font provider sees your visit. Pressing “Show the post” on a template page loads X’s embed code, and X may then set its own cookies; nothing from X loads before that click.

Google handles sign-in. Scripts and edits are processed through OpenRouter and its selected model provider; video compositions are processed through APIMart and its selected model provider. These services receive project facts, scripts and editing instructions as text. The facts may include public logo or image URLs; this version does not send image file contents to these AI services. Please do not submit secrets or personal information you lack permission to share with these services.

Our rendering service makes the video, and Cloudflare R2 stores the result. Your downloads use temporary links. A person who receives a working link can open that file until the link expires.

If we enable paid checkout, Stripe will process payment details and send us payment and subscription status. We do not receive your full card number. The early-access form and demo do not create a payment.

Storage in your browser

The studio stores your sign-in session and current project state in your browser so you can return to your work. The demo uses storage for the current tab. You can clear this local data using your browser settings.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your entry until you ask us to remove it or we close the service. Email [email protected] to see, fix, export or delete it; we'll respond within 30 days.

Account, project and output records are stored to operate the studio and recover your work. A download link expiring does not delete the video. You can also request deletion of your account, projects and outputs; transaction or security records may need to be retained for legal obligations or dispute handling.

We update the date above when this policy changes. New uses of your information will be described here before they begin.
