Particle sphere to orbiting rings
The prompt
A 3D particle scene drawn on a full-frame <canvas> with Canvas 2D and your own perspective projection (rotate points in 3D, project with a pinhole camera, sort by depth, size and brighten nearer points). Use ~3,000 particles generated once with a seeded PRNG. Sequence: (1) particles condense from a scattered cloud into a glowing sphere; (2) the sphere spins and splits into a planet with two tilted orbital rings; (3) the camera orbits slowly around the system, rings shimmering; (4) particles morph into a flat word 'ORBIT' that turns to face the camera, then hold. Every particle position must be a pure function of t (interpolate between shape targets with eased progress). Deep space background (#05060d) with a subtle radial glow; particle colors from ice blue to warm white.
Make it yours
- 1Describe the scene or the shape you want particles to form (a word, a logo outline, a planet).
- 2Pick this template; particles are simulated in code and rendered frame by frame.
- 3Choose colors, camera speed and the final word or shape.
- 4Generate the MP4 — great as a background loop or an intro.
